There have been mitigation fees assessed on all gas furnaces and package units over the last few years. Now a critical deadline is approaching — in just over 4 months (April 1, 2020) the current furnaces will no longer be available by our distributes for installation; only Ultra Low Nox units will be sold by all distributors.
