Excellent experience with California Indoor Comfort. I was referred to them by Trane, the manufacturer of our HVAC equipment. They help me try some simple troubleshooting steps by phone, followed up the next day when the issue couldn’t be resolved on the phone, and scheduled a technician to come that same day (despite the fact we’re in a fairly remote mountain community). The technician was friendly, informative and thorough. He tracked down the cause of the problem — poor workmanship by a different company who installed the equipment originally — and fixed several of their mistakes. Everything was back up and running in a couple of hours.
