After calling and reading reviews of several HVAC companies I decided on California Indoor Comfort and was extremely pleased all-around. Keith (owner) is responsive and considerate, listening carefully to my concerns, which were mainly not having had my A/C unit serviced since 2017. Technician Ping was right on time, spending nearly an hour fully servicing/cleaning the unit and testing indoor temps. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, reassuring me that my unit was in good shape - one less worry is priceless. Fees were comparable to significantly more reasonable than other businesses. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call again should future needs arise.
Always great service from these guys! Lisa is so responsive to requests for service, Keith and Mike keep me in the loop each time they are scheduled to come to the house.

After a lot of research and comparison of local sources, we purchased a mini-split from CIC. We love it. CIC has worked with us to get the installation just right. They have provided ongoing preventive maintenance and have been on time for both visits. The continue to work with us to diagnose and remediate an issue with the thermostatic control.

Mike did a great job, previously had a different company come out twice to fix my problem unsuccessfully. Mike was able to correctly diagnose the problem, order the proper part and install all in a timely manner.
