My gas fireplace was not working. The service technician ( Mike ) came to my house to diagnose the reason why. He discovered that the gas valve had failed and that I needed a new one. He did not have the part on his work van but told me he would find one and get back to me soon. I received a call from him a few days later and he told me that my fireplace was made by a company that was no longer in business but he would look for a compatible valve and call me back. He called me back and told me he found a new valve and he gave me a quote for the cost of the repair. I agreed and he came out that afternoon to install the new part. Even though the service area of my fireplace was very confining, he was able to install the new valve and get my fireplace working again. I was so happy that he was able to make the repair even though my fireplace was 25 years old and the original valve was no longer available. I was impressed by Mike's knowledge and he was very pleasant to work with and I was happy that he was the technician that was dispatched to my home. 5 star rating for Mike and California Indoor Comfort !

I am so glad I chose this business. They replaced my 40 year old central Air and Furnace. They were professional, they did the job right. The were respectful of my property. They were punctual. They were clean and kind. OMG!, I almost said the boy scout oath! Lol. Everything came with a written warranty. They even offer payment options. If you need a good company, these people are great! Keith owns the place. Oh, I live in a mobile home, so no job is too small for them. They didn't turn me away like other businesses who say, "that job is too small for us." I get that told to me a lot, especially when I needed rock for front yard.
