He recharged the system and explained along the way how everything works. Very Knowledgeable and experienced. He was professional and courteous during his service call.

I would highly recommend CIC. They were fast friendly and very knowledgeable. I was contacted and given a window of time that was perfect. He showed up when expected and took all the information and concerns that I had into account while servicing my unit. The servicing took about 20-30 minutes. He was able to provide me with some great pointers on how to maintain my heating and air conditioning unit.
We have worked with California Indoor Comfort on two occasions. The first was to install two whole house fans. They did an impeccable job and we are really happy with the quality of the fans. Several months later, one of our air conditioning units broke down. They came out and repaired it the same day. I was surprised to get somebody out that quickly in the middle of 110 degree weather. They are reliable and professional, and I can't recommend them enough.

Great company! Everyone from the office to the technician was so nice, professional, patient and informative. There was always someone available to answer our questions and they got the job done in such a timely and efficient manner it was a joy to do business with them.
I am delighted from the setting of the appointment to the invoicing. The technician explained things in a way that enabled me to understand; he even took pictures of the unit and the trouble while he was on the roof.
