Keith is very knowledgeable about different products and recommended options that would work best with our current situation for cooling. The installers were very professional. the install is done well and also looks neat and clean. I highly recommend this company !
Excellent experience with California Indoor Comfort. I was referred to them by Trane, the manufacturer of our HVAC equipment. They help me try some simple troubleshooting steps by phone, followed up the next day when the issue couldn’t be resolved on the phone, and scheduled a technician to come that same day (despite the fact we’re in a fairly remote mountain community). The technician was friendly, informative and thorough. He tracked down the cause of the problem — poor workmanship by a different company who installed the equipment originally — and fixed several of their mistakes. Everything was back up and running in a couple of hours.
