Professional and timely service.
CIC has one of the most qualified and personable staffs around including the office personal and upper management. The entire company is very knowledgeable about systems/parts and the inner workings of all the equipment needed to keep everything running smoothly. They are always striving to meet the client needs without attempting to have you purchase unneeded upgrades like some other companies. We are on a contract that includes 2 visits/year and we pay the visit fee only once a year. Price for that is also very reasonable. I would recommend them highly for any air conditioning or heating needs.
My home AC was blowing warm air so I called a few places, I was told anywhere from two days to two weeks before a repair technician could come check it out. Then I called Keith at California Indoor Comfort, he had someone come out the following morning! Mike came out, was professional and courteous. He found the problem (blown capacitor), had the part in his van and was able to replace it right then! He even performed a quick maintenance on the unit, including washing out the coils! The price was fair and reasonable, I'm immensely happy with the level of service provided, we will be signing up for their scheduled maintenance plan! Thank you California Indoor Comfort!

Great experience with California Indoor Comfort. Mike came over the same day I called and was able to diagnose the issue up in attic and fix it promptly. Keith was friendly, responsive and professional keeping me in the loop of when the part we needed would arrive etc.
I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone else.
Our AC went out at the worst possible time-when it was over 100 degrees, and when we had out of town guests staying at our home. Called to see if we could get same day service. They were booked, so I thought we were out of luck. I received a call back a short time later, and thankfully they were able to send a technician out to diagnose and fix the problem. Ping was extremely patient, friendly and professional-even after spending over two hours on our roof in 105 degree heat. He answered all of our questions and did a fantastic job. Extremely happy with the service we received today.
