HERS (Energy Efficiency) Rating

Beginning October 2005, Title 24 laws require testing and certification of a home’s duct seals, refrigerant charge, air flow and fan watt draw when new HVAC equipment is installed. We’ll make sure that everything is installed correctly and operating efficiently.
